SENDING ORDERS:

Delivery is carried out:

2) International parcels are sent through the Epaka.pl service, where our managers choose the most optimal delivery option in terms of price and delivery time.

After the transfer of the goods to the courier service, the buyer is automatically sent an email with the number of the bill of lading to track the shipment by email or to the phone number (specified when placing the order). Please note that you will receive the first automatic letter from the site, with the contents of your order, immediately after the order is made, the second with a calculation of the cost of delivery, the third with the number of the waybill, after sending the parcel. RECEIVING GOODS:

Refunds will be made to a bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.
