SENDING ORDERS:

Delivery is carried out:

Please note that you will receive the first automatic letter from the site, with the contents of your order, immediately after the order is made, the second with a calculation of the cost of delivery, the third with the number of the waybill, after sending the parcel. RECEIVING GOODS:

Re-shipment or refund can be requested if your order has not reached you and this can be seen on the bill of lading (information is missing for more than 7 days and a confirmation of the loss has been received from the transport service). Refunds will be made to a bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.
